Catalogue of Food Blogs (Volume 4)
Hello there you amazing readers! It's pretty good to be back and here with another volume of my favorite food blogs! As the weather is becoming warmer, the abundance of available ingredients are making an appearance! The two blogs I am sharing with you all today are perfect examples of why I cannot wait for this upcoming Summer.
Renée Kemps is becoming one of my favorite food bloggers to read on a daily basis. In 2015, she won Saveur "Editors' Choice Best Photography" award and that says a lot just to begin with. When I look at Renée's recipes and photos, I imagine being able to sit at the table silent for the first bite, and then striking up a great conversation about how talented she is.
Just by reading her words, it is fairly easy to understand her meticulous, yet fun and boastful personality come through. Over the past few years I have been able to eat at some amazing restaurants in the country. When I look at blog posts such as Pearled Spelt Risotto W/ Roasted Carrots & Parsnip, Pea Sprouts, Red Wood Sorrel And Chive Oil and Cashew, Maple & Vanilla Cream I imagine having restaurant quality dishes in the comfort of home. I can sit here and write all day about Renée and her blog right now, but you have to go and read it for yourself.

While you may assume by the blog title that everything is cooked in a wok, it makes
What makes this blog so amazing is being able to see each family member contribute his or her own blog posts, but it still feels like one complete blog. There are no cuisines off limits and I wonder if they would let me be an honorary member of their family!
Here are my favorites so far from each family member.
Judy: Tang Yuan (Sweet Rice Balls with Black Sesame Filling)
Bill: Pan-fried Fish
Kaitlin: Bulgogi Bowls
Sarah: Roasted Lemon Chicken Thighs with Potatoes
