#WeekendCoffeeShare: I Know, I Know... I Can Explain!
Overall, November showed itself to be one my not-so-favorable months of they year. Although my plans did not go exactly as planned, things still fell into place accordingly on a positive note. I don't remember the last time I was as sick within a given month like I was last month. The month started off and ended with me having a stomach flu and major headaches. Set all of the mishaps aside, I was still able to succeed with my projects (behind the scenes).
Here is a lot of news I have been excited to finally release for you all to know.
How Did NaNoWriMo Go?
For the first time in forever, I finally completed NaNoWriMo! I clocked out at 52,275 words on the last day and I have never felt more happy to stop writing in my life! It was a bit of stress and nerve wrecking seeing that when I was sick, I could barely look at my computer screen for a few hours without getting a headache. The title of the book is The Ambitious Minimalist. I will explain more of the details and what not in a separate blog post.
Chef & Coffee!
This is a new website/blog I have been working on for most of Summer and Fall. Now that I work solely on my own schedule, I finally have the time to develop recipes around the clock, cook, and plan traveling trips at will. There will be differences between the food related blog posts that I will share on here and Chef & Coffee. On here, I will post journalistic/news types of articles. Chef & Coffee will start out as a food blog and I would love for it to become a community of homecooks and professional Chefs.
There are way more details going on here that will also be shared along the way. If you would like to follow the adventure that is going on you can follow C&C on Twitter and Instagram.
New Gaming Position!
Here comes the nerdy part of excitement... I am now an Editor/Writer for GamerHolics! GamerHolics is a community of gamers from all platforms including Playstation, XBox, PC, and Nintendo. I'm still in shock that this is a thing for me! I have already written two articles for the website: "Beyond Two Souls (Review)" and "The Game Awards 2015" that was streamed live this past Thursday. I am extremely happy to be a part of the GH family and I look forward to an awesome experience. I will still write gaming articles on this blog, which means I can spend double the time playing video games... right? Right!
My First Major Book Review!
I am partnering up with the authors of The 5 Money Myths Ed Kinsey & Marc Roethel for their upcoming book tour! Super amazing right? I will not release any details about the book, my thoughts on it, or any kind of spoilers... yet. However, there is something I can leave you with. There will be a giveaway for you all in January and some lucky winners will win a free copy of the book!
I'm pretty sure I have covered all of my bases here... I definitely did! I hope you all are having a great holiday season this year. 2016 is right around the corner, so make the most of what you can now before 2015 is over with.
Love & Coffee Beans!
