*Yes I know that the photo is still not mine, after taking a few great photos, I’m actually stuck on which one to use. I should have a decision made before tomorrow’s #WeekendCoffeeShare post. :)

2015 is basically over with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve... so have you been thinking about 2016 yet? Well I have! Typically I begin mapping out plans for the next year 6 months into the current year (June basically). I will have a more broader blog post about my plans overall (including goals that I want to achieve) for 2016 soon.

For now, lets get back to the traveling plans.

My traveling goals for next year are based around places I have never been before or haven't been to in a while. Over the past 9 months I have met a lot of new and amazing friends this year from all around the world. On my list of "never been there before, but invited to" includes Alaska, Canada, Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, and Australia. Cities that I have been to before, but miss a lot (and all domestic) are New York City (I look at my photos from 2011/2012 all of the time), Miami, Los Angeles (haven’t been here since high school), and Denver (even though I visited this past May). Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon are the two cities/states I have never visited in America that is at the top of my list.

2016 will be the first year that I start working for myself full-time and under no one’s schedule other than my own. While this is going on 6 months now, it still feels new that I can work at home in my pajama pants all day. I control my schedule and I decide when I want to take time off (vacation) instead of someone else controlling that reward.

Enough of me talking… do you have any travel plans for 2016 yet?  Let me know! :)
